Exploring and strengthening people's experience of connection.
Individual Therapy
“Life is not a matter of creating a name for ourselves, but of uncovering the name we have always had.” That’s what I’m here for – to guide you as you learn to connect to your true self. The self that is wholly and wonderfully made. As we meet together, we will name and face the barricades or baggage that could be holding you back.
My hope is that you will begin to open up to the wonder and pain of being fully alive. Therapy with me will always be professional, safe, and ethical, but will feel more like getting coffee with a friend than getting a TedTalk on how to live the perfect life.
Therapy Sessions
If you are longing to live a more wholehearted, free, and full life, then therapy is a good place to start. Begin the process today to discover what's preventing you from living the life you were made to live.
Retreats
Sometimes the rhythm of individual therapy isn't what you are looking for. If you are seeking a one-time event, an extended session, or weekend event, Sarah offers retreats. Reach out for further information.
Resources
Time is our biggest resource. There is so much content to sift through these days. Often we need someone to help guide us to resources that will be worth our time. I'm here to help!
Three Buckets
As a licensed therapist, I'm reminded every day that loneliness and disconnection are two of the most destructive forces on the planet. They lead us to anxiety, depression, and a heap of other issues.
Connection, however, is pretty magical. It enhances every part of our existence and helps us live fully alive. That's what Three Buckets is about. It's a carefully constructed game that enables connection by way of meaningful conversation. It doesn’t come easy, but it’s so worth it.
"An Antidote to Modern Loneliness"
“My relationships with all involved in my Three Buckets experience have strengthened as a result of this beautiful connection.”
Eric Flores
“I left feeling connected, heard, known, and healed in the most unexpected way—this is the kind of belonging we were made for.”
Gina Hurry
"It developed deep and meaningful conversation that left me feeling more connected to myself and my friends."

The Company You Keep
Sarah, Alex, and Laurel— a therapist, a chef, and an event planner-- created an interactive dining experience that invites you to gather those you want to know on a deeper level.
While you enjoy a farm to table meal, you will be taken through a series of structured and guided conversations, freed from distraction of the outside world and your phone. They will help you cater the experience to your group— all you need to do is build your table with the company you keep. They will help you start the conversation, and you will walk away inspired to continue it.
